Terms and conditions 

1. Nyumba Nyekundu villas are adults only .18 years and over. No children.

2.No extra visitors/guests are allowed on the property .They will be asked to leave .

3.No pets are allowed .

4 .No drinking glasses in the pool area .Plastic drinking wine/tumblers are provided .

5. Smoking only allowed in own private outside area/pool house. No smoking inside the villas .

6.No loud music .Please respect my other guests .

7. Canellations And Refunds

Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation (in which we have received a 50 % deposit or payment in full)must be in writing and shall be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by representative of Nyumba Nyekundu.

Our cancellation policy as follows :

A deposit of 50% to be received within 48 hours of the booking date .Full payment is to be received no later 30 days prior to arrival .For bookings later than 30days prior to arrival, payment is due immediately. 

• More than 30 days prior to arrival :0% cancellation fee.
• More than 14 days prior to arrival :50% cancellation fee
• More than 7 days prior to arrival : 100% cancellation fee 

8.A refundable damage deposit of 100USD is charged at check in. Deposit will be returned 24 hours after check- out.
